Lean For Job Shops

This workshop teaches the principles of lean manufacturing for a discrete, non-repetitive environment, and how to apply them. You will utilize the lean concepts of batch-size reduction, visual signals, standardizing work, and others to convert a convoluted job shop environment into one that reacts to each customer’s specific demand while improving on time delivery, quality and showing a significant improvement to the profit margin by identification and elimination of waste.
