| Students will leave the course equipped with the problem solving methods to clearly define problems, discover root causes and provide permanent solutions. In addition, students will have a newly acquired understanding of their own influencing style and the six social rules that help the selling of a problem’s solution. Ultimately, this course’s framework will provide attendees with the approach, tools, and techniques of problem solving and solution selling. |  |
