QCO teaches techniques to reduce set-up times

Quick Changeover is a process that allows an operator to reduce the time to changeover a production process from making one part or product to another part or product. The objective of QCO is to reduce the time elapsed from the last good part A to the first good part B at the same station or process.

Quick Changeover
is the four-step changeover improvement process based on the principles of the Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) system, developed by Shigeo Shingo, to dramatically reduce or eliminate changeover time. Our course employs both classroom and hands-on instruction and application to teach and instill the techniques of changeover time reduction.
