Lean Certificate Series:

LCS prepares Lean Leaders for their roles

A “LEAN Enterprise” produces more with existing resources by eliminating
nonvalue-added activities. Manufacturers are facing increased worldwide
competition and the stakes are high. The winners in this competition work
to eliminate overproduction caused by traditional scheduling systems and to only make what customers want when they want it. Our Lean Certificate Series (LCS) is a week-long intensive "boot camp" that prepares a firm's Lean Leaders to fulfill their roles as CI leaders within their organization.

Lean Certificate Series (LCS): Our Lean Certificate Series covers all of the Lean tools, techniques and philosophies covered and described in our Principles of Lean training (Value Stream Mapping, 5s, TPM, Quick Changeover, Pull Systems/Kanban/ Cellular Flow, and Sustaining Management) -- only in very much more detail. The LCS is a concentrated five-day "boot camp" for Lean Leaders that employs classroom and hands-on simulation to prepare them to return to their organizations with a solid and extremely broad understanding and awareness and the know-how to serve as successful continuous improvement leaders within their organizations.
