This half-day, hands-on training simulation will help  business owners, leaders, and managers learn how to overcome the following mistakes in developing their business growth strategies:

2) Not Having or Introducing Profitable New Products and Services That Customers Demand

3) Not Having a Data Based Approach to Understanding What Makes a Product/Service Idea Successful and its Market Sales Potential Before Spending Thousands of Dollars and Unproductive Time
