Eureka Ideation process for growth

Ranch, a leading innovation group that has helped many small and mid-sized businesses as well as large companies like Nike, American Express, and Walt Disney generate unique product offerings through its ideation process.
The Eureka Winning Ways process assist a businesses’ management team create, forecast, and execute meaningful unique ideas to grow a business. It begins with Profit 101, a half-day, hands-on training simulation workshop in the principles of Eureka Winning Ways. Up to 20 attendees can participate in the ideation process that creates new products for a fictional business struggling with foreign competition. It is the first step in the ideation process and teaches participants:
-Marketing Physics: What every product or service must have to be successful
-Fail Fast, Fail Cheap Learning Cycles: How to vet ideas without spending unnecessary time and money
After completing the Profit 101 session, the company’s management team obtains customer and technology insight before applying the principles learned to their company in an ideation process session conducted a week or so later. During the company ideation process, a growth coach facilitates participants on how to create ideas to grow the company, incorporating the principles learned in the Profit 101 session.
The idea list is narrowed to a couple concepts and a scientific forecast and market acceptance report is generated. The forecast system, called Merwyn, has an 88% reliability in forecasting the probability that the idea will be successful. A growth coach provides facilitation of an action plan and further coaching is available to accelerate and execute growth. Interested in learning more, but not sure if Eureka is for you?
